Bronte Pool Stretched Canvas Prints
Bronte Pool Stretched Canvas Prints
Bronte is just over a kilometer walk south direction. The beach itself faces east and picks up swell from any direction, but bulky headlands to the north and south and clusters of underwater rocks make conditions challenging, especially for swimmers. The south headland shapes Bronte’s premium wave, but it breaks across rocks so it’s for confident board-riders only. Those same rocks create a sheltered natural pool beloved of parents with young kids, while an ocean-fed lap pool tucked in beneath the south headland provides one of Sydney’s finest saltwater swim experiences. A wide grassy park behind the beach has barbecues and picnic tables and gives way to a wooded gully between rows of expensive houses on the opposing hillsides. Bronte Beach is a small but popular recreational beach in the eastern suburbs of Sydney, Australia. A long distance ocean swimming event is held every December between beach and Bronte. The three beaches are linked by a paved coastal footpath along the rocky cliff tops, much frequented by tourists and local runners and walkers. The beach is popular with surfers and despite the often rough surf, less abled swimmers can avail themselves of the bogey hole or rock pool towards the southern end of the beach. Bronte Beach is a small but popular recreational beach on Nelson Bay in Bronte in the eastern suburbs of Sydney Bronte beach is 2 kilometers south of beach and north of the much larger beach. The beach is patrolled by volunteer lifeguards from the life saving club at the weekend and on public holidays.
